1. Coventry Rental Agreement

If there's any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Coventry Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Coventry, you must:

Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. 4. Coventry Vehicle Collection and Return

• You must inspect the vehicle at collection and report any pre-existing damage to Coventry immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a Coventry representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as at collection, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed by Coventry and charged to the hirer accordingly.

5. Insurance and Liability (Coventry)

7. Coventry Prohibitions

You must not use a Coventry vehicle for:

• Any illegal purpose or activity. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other hazardous activities in Coventry vehicles. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials in Coventry vehicles. Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorized drivers of Coventry vehicles. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Purposes for which Coventry vehicles are not designed...

Violating Coventry restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Coventry Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Coventry Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law (Coventry)

These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes between you and Coventry will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
